Who we are
Facial Lounge ("we", "us") is a skin, body and hair care lounge in Kuwait City. This policy explains how we handle information you share with us through WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, phone or this website.
Information we collect
Your name, phone number and the messages you send us to book or ask about services, plus appointment details and service preferences.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiries, confirm and remind you of appointments, and — only if you agree — send you offers and updates. Reply "STOP" at any time to opt out of marketing messages.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. It is processed only by the messaging and customer-service platforms we use to talk with you (such as WhatsApp / Meta and our shared inbox provider), under their own privacy terms.
Retention
We keep conversation and booking history only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us to view, correct or delete your information at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp at +965 5222 2075.
